Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to newborns and infants
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage ventilator settings
• Conduct bedside assessments and administer medications
• Document patient progress in Cerner
• Participate in unit huddles and shift hand‑offs

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent Level II NICU experience
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• License to submit for assignment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Ventilator Management
• CPAP & BiPAP
• NICU patient assessment
• Medication administration
• Documentation in Cerner
