Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care to residents and visitors
• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Document patient assessments and progress in the EHR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop care plans
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility support

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid North Carolina license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in acute care or similar settings preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration and safety protocols
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
• Basic life support (BLS) and emergency response
