Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and support daily living activities
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions
• Assist with infection control practices to ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with a valid state license
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption
• Ability to present state or federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
