Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor ICU patients and respond to rapid changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient progress and communicate critical information
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California
• Minimum of 1 year ICU experience preferred
• Strong critical care assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
