Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly
• Collaborate with nursing team to develop care plans
• Document patient progress in electronic health records

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

• Patient care and safety
• Medication administration
• Vital sign monitoring
• Electronic Health Records (EHR) proficiency
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
