Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes promptly
• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Document care and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to deliver top‑quality care

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Carolina
• Valid state licensure and up‑to‑date COVID‑19 vaccination or exemption
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care and assessment
