Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor vital signs and report changes
• Collaborate with nursing team to develop care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with valid NC license
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in acute care or similar settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Patient assessment

• Electronic Health Records (EHR) proficiency
