Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate neonatal care to infants in the Special Care Nursery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
• Educate families about newborn health and safety
• Assist with IV placements and PICC line insertions
• Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years NICU experience
• Level 2 NICU experience required, Level 3 preferred
• BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications
• BSN not required but preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to self‑schedule and float to sister hospital
