Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to newborns and infants
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
• Document patient progress and communicate changes
• Assist families with education and support
• Participate in ventilator management and respiratory care

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience
• BLS and NRP certification required
• Level II NICU experience required, Level III preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and weekend coverage

Knowledge & Skills

• Neonatal assessment and monitoring
• Ventilator and CPAP/BiPAP management
• Pediatric medication calculations
• Family education and support
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Documentation and charting in Cerner
