Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver critical ICU nursing care to stabilize patients
• Monitor vital signs and respond to rapid changes
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Document patient progress and communicate updates
• Respond to emergencies with calm and competence

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in California
• Experience in ICU or critical care settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently on a per diem basis

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• IV therapy and medication administration
• Ventilator management
• Critical care protocols
• EMR documentation
