Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to patients in a fast‑paced environment
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision
• Assist patients with daily living activities and promote independence
• Document patient care accurately and collaborate with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license also acceptable
• COVID‑19 vaccination or documented exemption required
• State or federal ID and photo badge required for all shifts
