Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory treatments and evaluations to patients battling insufficiencies, asthma, pneumonia and emphysema
Manage life-saving equipment like CPAP, BIPAP, nebulizers and oxygen systems
Collaborate with a tight-knit team in a fast-paced acute care setting
Provide critical care support with patient ratios up to 1:1 or 2:1
Contribute to patient safety initiatives in a growing, innovative hospital

Qualifications

Active RRT license
BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required
2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
Team player mindset with strong critical thinking skills

Education

Completion of accredited Respiratory Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Experience with ICU settings a plus
Skilled in handling oxygen cylinders, concentrators, nebulizers and suction machines
Patient-focused approach in high-volume environments
