Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory treatments including nebulizers and chest physiotherapy
• Manage ventilators (Draeger, Hamilton) and high-flow oxygen therapy
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment
• Document patient care accurately in Allscripts Sunrise EMR

Qualifications

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through NBRC
• Active New Hampshire Respiratory Therapy License
• ACLS and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy
• Ability to multitask and provide professional patient interaction

Knowledge & Skills

• Ventilator management (Draeger, Hamilton) and CPAP/BIPAP
• High-flow oxygen therapy and nebulizer administration
• Chest physiotherapy techniques
• Proficiency in Allscripts Sunrise EMR
• Mechanical skills preferred
