Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to every patient you encounter
• Perform comprehensive health assessments and create individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor telemetry and vital signs, responding quickly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Previous experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A caring, compassionate approach to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient assessment, medication administration, and IV therapy
• Comfortable with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting
