Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in an urgent care setting
- Triage patients promptly and accurately to determine the urgency of care
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered by providers
- Perform wound care, splinting, and other minor procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, PAs, and NPs to deliver seamless patient care
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in the EMR
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in compliance with infection control standards
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Experience in urgent care, emergency, or critical care nursing is a plus
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong patient advocacy and education skills
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety standards
