Location: Dodge City, Kansas

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional respiratory care to adults, pediatrics, and neonates across the facility
- Perform ABGs and EKGs to support accurate patient assessment and treatment
- Assist with intubations and manage ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow systems
- Collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists to deliver life-saving interventions
- Rotate through weekend and holiday coverage to ensure continuous patient support
Qualifications
- Active Kansas Respiratory Therapist license
- RRT or CRT credential
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- At least 1 year of recent respiratory therapy experience
- Comfortable working with adults, pediatrics, and neonates
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with Hamilton ventilators and Vapotherm high-flow systems
- Ability to work independently as the sole RT on shift
- Flexible and agreeable with occasional floating needs
- Professional appearance in any color scrubs
