Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and efficient care to patients with urgent medical needs
• Perform thorough patient assessments and triage to prioritize care
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Current and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Experience in urgent care, emergency, or fast-paced clinical settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of urgent care and emergency nursing practices
• Skilled in patient assessment, triage, and IV insertion
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
