Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Day shift, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM (30-minute meal break)
Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents at Springbrook Center
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Document all care thoroughly and maintain regulatory compliance
- Float to different units as needed to support the team
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- CPR certification (BLS) required
Education
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Skilled in medication administration and wound care
- Comfortable working in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
