Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, as needed
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients
- Monitor vital signs and assess recovery from anesthesia
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes
- Administer medications and manage pain control per protocol
- Educate families on post-operative care and recovery
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license or compact license
- BLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- Previous PACU or critical care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in pediatric assessment and anesthesia recovery
- Knowledge of PACU equipment and patient monitoring
- Strong communication with children and families
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and thorough documentation
