Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide professional dental cleanings and prophylaxis to patients
• Assess patients' oral health and report findings to the dentist
• Educate patients on proper brushing and flossing techniques
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
• Collaborate with dental assistants and office staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dental practice
• Previous experience in a dental office setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Understanding of sterilization and infection control protocols
• Excellent patient rapport and communication abilities
• Attention to detail for precise and thorough cleanings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with dental team members
