Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 1 night per week on call, every 5th or 6th weekend on call, and rotating holiday call
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care across all surgical service lines including neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, GYN, general surgery, and DaVinci robotics
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures for adult, geriatric, pediatric, and obstetric patients
- Float to pre/post-op, PACU, or ER trauma when needed to support patient care across the facility
- Maintain flexibility with varied daily schedules and share knowledge to support team success
- Uphold strict safety standards and contribute to a culture of excellence
Qualifications
- Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong experience in multiple surgical specialties including neurosurgery
- Comfortable working across all service lines without specialized teams
- Must pass open-book skills exam with 90 percent or higher during orientation
- Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with EPIC electronic medical records
- Skilled in neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, GYN, general surgery, and DaVinci robotics procedures
- Experience in pre/post-op care, PACU, and ER trauma response
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing surgical schedules
- Strong teamwork and willingness to educate colleagues
