Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Circulate a wide variety of surgical cases including CABGs, craniotomies, and robotic procedures
- Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support both teams
- Collaborate with surgeons and staff across multiple specialties
- Precept new team members when needed
- Ensure smooth, safe patient experiences in the operating room
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas
- Minimum 4-5 years of hospital OR experience
- Robotics experience with DaVinci and Mako systems
- Ability to circulate CABGs and craniotomies
- Strong references and reliability
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise circulating in CV, Neuro, Ortho, and General specialties
- Comfort with DaVinci and Mako robotic systems
- Ability to handle trauma, total joints, and open cases
- Willingness to float between nearby campuses
- Dependable call coverage and strong work ethic
