Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments with accuracy and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team for optimal outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress in the EHR
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Prior med/surg or acute care nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient assignments and unit needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Wound care, post-operative care, and patient mobility
• Electronic health records (EHR) charting
• Clear communication and patient teaching
• Team collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
