Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, direct nursing care to med/surg and pediatric patients
Perform focused patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team
Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
Coordinate patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Support families and caregivers with clear communication and education
Participate actively in orientation and unit onboarding activities

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) — required
Experience or background in Medical-Surgical care and Pediatrics — required
Willingness to complete required orientation as noted in the posting
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and bedside nursing for med/surg and pediatric patients
Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment
Patient-and-family-centered care with clear, compassionate communication
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
