Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to med/surg and pediatric patients
Perform thorough patient assessments and document changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families to support recovery and discharge planning
Participate actively in orientation and unit-specific training to maintain standards

Qualifications

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience or comfort working in Med/Surg and Pediatric patient populations
Willingness to complete required orientation prior to unit assignment
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a team

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and patient monitoring abilities
Medication administration and documentation proficiency
Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic clinical environment
Compassionate patient- and family-centered communication skills
