Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, closely monitoring patient responses
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Advocate for patients' needs and educate patients and families to support their well-being

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
• BLS/CPR certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption required
• Ability to pass background check and provide government-issued identification
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
