Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care with clinical confidence
Perform thorough patient assessments and develop effective care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Document patient care clearly and promptly in the electronic health record
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
Maintain safety, infection control, and quality standards at all times

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications encouraged
Prior clinical RN experience preferred (acute care experience a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working in a team
Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical decision-making
Medication administration and IV care
Familiarity with electronic health record documentation
Infection control practices and patient safety protocols
Effective time management, prioritization, and teamwork
