Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and treat patients with acute conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient vitals and respond quickly to changes
• Document patient care accurately in Meditech EMR

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN license or compact state license required
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience
• Current ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications
• BLS certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR system
