Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts), includes weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Direct Observation Unit
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (Nursys verified)
Current BLS certification
Completion of DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention) training
Successful completion of Prime Core Competencies and Specialty Exams

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with electronic health records
