Shift Type: Day shift, 12-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM, must work weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and skilled critical care to ICU patients
Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team
Adapt quickly to changing patient conditions in a dynamic environment
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies

Qualifications

Active RN license in California (verified via Nursys)
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
DCI/BVP certification required
ICU or critical care experience preferred
Ability to work weekends and per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in critical care procedures and equipment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients effectively
