Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to guide patient recovery
Establish personalized plans of care that make real differences
Assist with rounds and care conferences to ensure seamless teamwork
Communicate frequently with the rehab team on progress and needs
Deliver treatments in rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and gym for variety
Float between acute, swing, nursing home, and outpatient as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience, preferably 3+ in hospital or nursing home settings
Active NC Physical Therapy license
Current CPR certification
Hospital setting experience and nursing home experience preferred

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in physical therapy evaluations and plan of care development
Strong collaboration with PT/OT/SLP rehab teams
Comfort using Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
Adaptability across acute, swing bed, nursing home, and outpatient services
