Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive PT evaluations to create personalized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy treatments that help patients regain mobility and independence
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OT and SLP to optimize patient outcomes
Manage a rewarding caseload of 9-10 patients daily in a 253-bed acute care hospital
Utilize mobility equipment and Meditech EMR to provide top-notch inpatient care

Qualifications

Valid Florida PT license (must-have for this role)
MPT or DPT degree from an accredited college or university
At least 1 year of acute care experience
Collaborative, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

Education

MPT or DPT degree from an accredited college or university

Knowledge & Skills

PT evaluation and treatment expertise
Acute care and inpatient rehab experience
Meditech EMR proficiency (preferred)
ICU experience (a big plus)
