Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during examinations and procedures
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Take and process dental x-rays
• Create impressions and fabricate orthodontic appliances
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
• Maintain patient records and treatment plans
• Ensure a clean and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Must have Orthodontic Certification (essential)
• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent
• Previous experience in orthodontic assisting
• Strong patient interaction skills
• Knowledge of dental software and equipment

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
