Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontist during patient examinations and procedures
• Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment
• Take dental X-rays and impressions as needed
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene, braces care, and orthodontic treatments
• Maintain patient records and update charts accurately

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent
• Experience in orthodontic assisting preferred
• Knowledge of Denticon dental software is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, equipment, and materials
• Proficiency in Denticon or similar dental software
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
