Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents and patients throughout your shift.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care in accordance with facility policies.
• Perform thorough assessments and promptly report changes in patient condition to the care team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license
• Must meet COVID-19 vaccination requirements or submit a documented religious or medical exemption
• Must be able to provide a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Ability to work a day shift from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Expertise in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability to changing patient needs and assignments
• Knowledge of electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
