Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function
• Track patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing
• BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Experience in rehabilitation or wellness settings is a plus
• Ability to pass background and registry requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise techniques
• Patient assessment and individualized care planning
• Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
