Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care using efficient 30-minute appointment slots
• Perform professional cleanings and deliver personalized oral hygiene education
• Focus on patient comfort during each visit while your dedicated assistant handles support duties
• Maintain high standards of infection control and patient safety
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work efficiently and compassionately in a fast-paced environment
• Experience performing dental prophylaxis and patient care
• CPR/BLS certification is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and sterilization protocols
• Time management skills to keep 30-minute appointments on track
• Skill in delivering gentle, patient-centered care
• Familiarity with dental operatory setup and hand instruments
