Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform thorough cleanings and periodontal treatments
• Capture diagnostic X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive practices
• Partner with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Maintain a sterile, organized, and welcoming treatment environment

Qualifications

• Active Virginia dental hygiene license in good standing
• Completion of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification
• A passion for patient care and education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental cleaning and scaling procedures
• Competency in dental radiography and safety protocols
• Strong patient education abilities
• Attention to detail and infection control standards
• Collaborative teamwork and a positive attitude
