Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Start Date: 01-06-2026

End Date: 04-07-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or Tuesday-Saturday, with rotation at least one weekend day per month

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to create personalized therapy plans
Deliver impactful therapy interventions that restore independence
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including PT and SLP for optimal patient outcomes
Adapt treatments for acute care and inpatient rehab settings
Float across hospital departments to maximize your healing impact

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapy Texas License
Current CPR/BLS certification
At least 1 year of experience
Must have acute care and inpatient rehab experience - non-negotiable for success here

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in acute care therapy environments
Strong inpatient rehab intervention skills
Patient ratios of 10-12 in acute care and 4-5 in rehab
Comfortable performing evaluations and regular therapy sessions
