Location: Panama City, Florida

End Date: 07-28-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, possible weekends
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide critical respiratory care to adult and Level 3 NICU patients, making a real difference in their lives
- Masterfully operate PB 840 and Draeger ventilators to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assist in deliveries by administering surfactant, supporting tiny miracles from the start
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of 35 staff members in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt to variable patient ratios while helping across areas for maximum impact
Qualifications
- Active RRT license with at least 2 years of experience
- Must-have: Adult and Level 3 NICU experience - no exceptions
- Team-oriented personality with flexibility for weekend shifts
- Royal Blue scrubs required for that sharp, professional look
