Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and well-being
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the care team
  • Document care provided and maintain detailed medical records
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes
  • Educate residents and their families on care plans and health management
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents

Qualifications

  • Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
  • COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
  • Must bring a state or federal-issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
  • No minimum experience required - new graduates are welcome to apply
  • A genuine passion for caring for others

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Medication administration proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and patience
  • Basic computer and EHR documentation skills
