Shift Type: Sunday, August 30, 2026, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM (AP shift, 30-minute meal break)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and well-being
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the care team
- Document care provided and maintain detailed medical records
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes
- Educate residents and their families on care plans and health management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
- Must bring a state or federal-issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
- No minimum experience required - new graduates are welcome to apply
- A genuine passion for caring for others
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Medication administration proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Compassion, empathy, and patience
- Basic computer and EHR documentation skills
