Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and overall condition
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state eligibility)
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous clinical experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred
• Ability to work per diem shifts, including evenings
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• IV therapy and phlebotomy (for RNs)
• Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Infection control and safety protocols
• Empathy, compassion, and patient advocacy
