Location: Glen Mills, PA

Start Date: 04-05-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shift, schedule to be confirmed (specific start/end times and days will be provided by the facility)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, safe patient care and support daily living activities
Administer medications and treatments accurately according to orders
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly
Maintain clear, timely documentation in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Support infection control practices and safety protocols on the unit

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable with medication administration, patient assessments, and documentation
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Prior LPN experience preferred but new grads with solid training are welcome to apply

Education

Vocational nursing diploma, certificate, or equivalent
Active LPN licensure in Pennsylvania

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Patient assessment and monitoring
Charting and documentation best practices
Infection control and safety standards
Time management and prioritization on a busy unit
Effective team communication and patient-family interactions
