Contract Type: Per-Diem

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with LPN scope
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor patients’ conditions and communicate changes to the care team
Assist with daily living activities and promote patient comfort and safety
Collaborate with RNs, physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate records in the patient chart and follow infection control practices
Support admissions, discharges and transitions with clear communication

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required
Strong communication and documentation skills
Previous experience in long-term care or med-surg preferred but not mandatory

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program; active PA LPN license

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical assessments
Wound care basics and infection control practices
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
Prioritization and time management on busy units
Teamwork, empathy, and patient advocacy
