Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of EP procedures including ablations and Watchman implants
• Prepare and maintain the electrophysiology lab, ensuring sterile field and proper equipment setup
• Monitor patients during procedures using hemodynamic and electrophysiology monitoring systems
• Operate Philips imaging and recording systems with precision
• Document procedure data accurately in Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with a high-performing team of technologists, RNs, and physicians
• Provide a calm, focused presence during fast-paced procedures

Qualifications

• Active TMB license in Texas
• ARRT or RCES certification required
• Minimum 2 years of EP lab experience
• Experience scrubbing EP procedures preferred
• Familiarity with Philips equipment and Meditech EMR
• Watchman procedure experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced lab

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and electrophysiology
• Proficient in sterile technique and infection control
• Familiarity with Claris monitoring software
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to anticipate physician needs during procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail
