Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Holiday rotation (1 holiday if needed) and call 1 day per week if needed.

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging procedures with patient care at the forefront
• Prepare and position patients for scans, explaining procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety protocol compliance
• Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to capture diagnostic images and report findings
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all images meet quality standards

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification in CT and Radiography (ARRT(CT)(R))
• Valid Oregon State Radiology License
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience in CT and X-ray imaging preferred; new grads are welcome to apply
• Ability to work day shift, holiday rotation, and take call as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of CT and X-ray protocols, imaging techniques, and radiation safety
• Proficiency in patient positioning and immobilization for optimal image quality
• Familiarity with PACS and EHR systems
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
