Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality hemodialysis treatments to patients in an acute care setting
• Monitor patients during dialysis, checking vital signs and adjusting treatment as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of experience in acute care dialysis
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and participate in on-call rotation
