Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Maintain clean and organized patient areas, upholding high standards of hygiene
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, offering emotional support

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and attentive to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but new grads are welcome!

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Familiarity with medical terminology and vital sign monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Time management and organizational skills
