Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care and treatment to patients
• Perform professional teeth cleanings, take x-rays, and apply preventive materials
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and plaque control techniques
• Review patient medical histories and update dental charts
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience
• Maintain sterilization standards and comply with infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in a dental office preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated dental team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Familiarity with dental charting software and radiography
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization best practices
• Attention to detail and a gentle chairside manner
