Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Take and develop dental X-rays while ensuring patient comfort
• Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene and preventive care
• Partner closely with the dentist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered treatment
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license (or compact eligibility)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior clinical dental hygiene experience preferred
• A genuine passion for improving patients' oral health

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy and periodontal disease
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Commitment to sterilization and safety protocols
